A deconstructed burger and fries with the most addictive sauce ever. Simple, delicious, and quick enough for a busy weeknight. Substitute beyond beef or seasoned tofu for a plant-based option!

What You’ll Need

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 3 lbs yukon gold or russet potatoes, cut into fries

  • 1- 2 Tablespoons olive or avocado oil

  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 Tablespoons yellow mustard

  • 1 Tablespoon pickle relish or chopped pickles

  • 1 Tablespoon Kewpie Roasted Garlic & Onion dressing

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Grated cheese, shredded lettuce and pickle slices for serving

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Toss fries with oil and season generously with seasoning salt (salt, pepper, garlic powder + paprika). Bake on a large cookie sheet for 15 - 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

  2. While the fries bake, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt & pepper to taste. Cover and set aside.

  3. Make the sauce. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, relish/pickles, paprika & salad dressing. Allow to rest in fridge until ready to serve.

  4. Assemble the bowls, adding fries and meat, followed by cheese, lettuce, sauce and pickles. Enjoy!
