Strawberry Protein Smoothie

This creamy smoothie is an easy way to start your day or recharge with a quick snack. Sweet strawberries and banana pair perfectly with protein-rich Greek yogurt and hemp hearts for a drink that’s both filling and delicious. It’s made with simple ingredients that are easy to keep on hand.

Frozen fruit works just as well as fresh, and you can easily swap in blueberries, peaches, or mixed berries. Toss in a handful of spinach, collard greens, carrots, etc. for an extra serving of veggies - it blends in without changing the flavor much!

What You’ll Need

  • 1½ cups frozen strawberries

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup milk (or protein shake which birch usually always has!)

  • 1/2 cup coconut water 

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional, for extra creaminess and protein)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 

  • Honey or sugar to taste, if desired

  • 2 tbsp coconut cream

How to Make It

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add additional milk for a thinner smoothie or ice for a thicker one.

  4. Serve immediately.
