Sheet Pan Breakfast Sliders

A back to school breakfast hero! Simple & filling breakfast sandwich the whole family will love. Customizable with what ever you have on hand, and easy to make ahead for those busy mornings.

What You’ll Need

  • 12 slider buns

  • 6 eggs, whisked with ¼ cup milk

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Breakfast sausage, bacon or ham

  • Sliced cheese, any kind

  • 1 T melted butter(optional)

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place slider buns on a sheet pan, and remove the tops in one whole section, keeping the bottom buns intact on the tray.

  2. Scramble the eggs over medium heat until mostly cooked, but still soft.

  3. Cook sausage or bacon until desired doneness.

  4. Layer the eggs into an even layer on the slider bun bottoms. Sprinkle over sausage crumbles, chopped bacon or strips of ham.

  5. Top with a single layer of cheese, then replace the buns. Brush the tops with melted butter, if desired.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and buns are gently toasted. Serve immediately. Optional: Before baking, freeze in airtight storage bags. To reheat, thaw overnight in fridge and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes on a sheet tray covered in foil. Remove from foil and bake for 3-5 more minutes until tops are crisp and centers are completely warmed through.
