Ramen Alfredo

This recipe is a super tasty and creative way to use those oodles of noodles!

What You’ll Need

  • 5-6 packages ramen

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken or crumbled bacon

  • 1 jar alfredo sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup water

  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lay out dry ramen blocks in a 9x13 baking dish. Break up blocks as needed to cover the entire bottom.

  2. Sprinkle ½ to 1 seasoning packet over, discard or save the other packets for another use.

  3. Add chicken evenly on top.

  4. Pour heavy cream and alfredo sauce over everything. Use the 1 cup of water to the jar, recap, and shake to get every last drop of sauce out, and then pour that over as well.

  5. Season lightly and top with Parmesan.

  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake 45 minutes or until noodles are tender.

  7. Stir before serving. Enjoy!
