Egg Bites
A simple, protein-packed breakfast that’s easy to customize with whatever you have on hand. These savory egg bites combine creamy cottage cheese, salty prosciutto, and fresh veggies for a fluffy, flavorful bite. Perfect for meal prep or busy mornings!
What You’ll Need
1–2 cups liquid eggs
6–10 slices prosciutto
½–1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Salt + pepper (light—prosciutto is salty)
Optional add-ins: chopped spinach, diced zucchini, bell peppers, leftover potatoes
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 375 °F
Grease a muffin tin (or use liners)
Blend the liquid egg and cottage cheese together
Add in chopped prosciutto and veggies
Pour into muffin tin
Bake 15-20 mins until set
Tips
To make them more “steamed” like Starbucks style, place a pan with boiling water on the bottom rack of your oven when cooking.
