Suzanne Birch has served as the Executive Director of Birch Community Services since 2005. Inspired by her own experiences with failure and growth, she has helped shape innovative solutions to poverty by changing financial habits and fostering long-term stability for struggling families.

Suzanne co-founded Birch Community Services with her late husband, Barry Birch, whose shared vision continues to guide the organization: helping people move forward and succeed.
