Dino Biaggi oversees Birch’s Financial Literacy Department, meeting with families and teaching several of the core financial education classes. A former BCS participant himself, he brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to his role—helping families build financial confidence and lasting stability.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and Psychology from Multnomah University and a master’s degree in Management from Warner Pacific University, where he completed a thesis on financial literacy in higher education. Dino is certified in Personal and Family Financial Planning through the University of Florida and is an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®). His background also includes work in financial aid and scholarship administration at Mt. Hood Community College.
