Welcome Nancy Horton, Director of Business Operations
We’re delighted to announce that Nancy Horton has joined Birch Community Services as our new Director of Business Operations.
Nancy comes to Birch with many years of private sector and non-profit experience, supporting organizations through periods of growth and development. She has spent her career helping teams strengthen how their work is sustained, with a focus on financial responsibility and clear decision-making.
In this role, Nancy will work closely with leadership and staff to support the systems that keep Birch running smoothly. Her work will touch many parts of the organization, helping ensure that long-term planning remains grounded in reality.
What stood out to us during the hiring process was Nancy’s approach to leadership. She takes time to listen, brings clarity to complicated conversations, and helps teams move forward.
